You are a Jew.  If a SS officer showed up to your house and demanded that you have 8 hours (which was really less) to pack a suitcase because you are going on a trip, what items would you place in your luggage?  Remember you are being relocated and you will most likely not return to your home.

Um if it were back then, probably a week's worth of clothes if that were available and all the food I could carry.
If it were now, I'd take my phone and alot of unnecessary food and as much clothes as I could carry along in the suitcase I could have. I'd probably take a camera because the Nazis are mean and aren't telling me where I'm going.

If an SS officer showed up at my house and told me to pack, I would start with the necessities. Things like food, water, and clothing, probably enough for about a week or two. Then, I would pack other things I would need, such as a blanket, some money, a lamp with oil, and maybe a gun if I owned one, as I know that I wouldn't trust the officer. Then, I would begin to pack personal things. Maybe a family heirloom, or a copy of the Koran, some ritual clothes, or a picture of my family. To me, survival comes first, followed by tradition.

If I had only eight hours to pack a suitcase because an SS officer came demanded I pack to go on a trip, I would take necessary items only. I would pack clothes, food, and water. I would pack these because they are necessary for survival.

If I had 8 hours to pack, I would pack neccesary clothes, some un perishable food, blankets, and maybe two or three books for some entertainment.

If I had eight hours to pack, I would pack clothes, food, and, if it was our generation, my itouch. I would take all the necesities to survive by myself for weeks, plus my itouch, and a charger.

If I had eight hours to pack belongings, I would choose that things that would help me survive mentally and physically. I would pack unperishable food and water if I could. I would also include a picture of my family if they were not coming with me so that I could remember them in times of trouble.

If I was in that sort of situation I would pack a week supply of clothes and undergarments. I would pack canned food and water. I would pack some matches so that I could start a fire to cook something. I would try to pack a warm cover if room allowed in my suitcase. Depending on how big the suitcase was would depend on how much I could pack. It would be a hard thing to do, knowing that I am being relocated and moved away from my home, but I know I could do it.

If a SS officer came to my door ordering me to pack my belongings I would probably pack a week's (give or take) worth of clothing. I would also bring as many nonperishable food items as I could. I would also pack a small picture of my family, so I could always have them near. I would pack a journal with a pen to write about either what happened to me or to just to write. I would also bring a warm coat, if I could, for the winter in case it gets really cold.

If a SS officer came to my house and said you have a limited amount of time to pack, you are being forced to leave, I would bring four days of clothes, a bucket, a lot of food that won't perish quickly, my suitcase, and picture of my family.
I would bring the four days of clothes to be able to switch them out pretty regularly.
I would bring the buket to fill with water, so that I could clean my clothing.
I would bring the unperishable food so that i could store it away and use it in tiny amounts to supplement my diet.
I would bring m,y suitcase to carry all of my stuff in.
Finally, I would have brought the picture of my family so that I could remember them even if something separates us. These are all essential to my survival in a ghetto or other location, and thus, I would bring them.

If I had 8 hours to pack a suitcase, I would pack clothes that wouldn't go bad, enough clothes to last me at least a week, and water. After I packed the most important things, I would pack a blanket and a journal so I could take notes. Then I would pack more personal things, like things that belonged to my family.

I would take a first aid kit because it would help keep me healthy. I would take a book or two for entertainment for the long journey.

If an SS officer showed up at my house, and told me i had 8 hours to pack up belongings, i would first bring things that i need like non-perishable food and some medicine. I would bring my dogs, as much clothes as i could, and some of my favorite things. If it was in today's time, i would also bring my phone and a charger. I would fit as much as i could in the luggage i had.

If a SS officer came to my house and told me I had eight hours to pack. I would pack all of my clothing because I would probably not come home and will need clothes for the trip. Another thing I would pack would be a picture of my family and any close friends to take with me. I would also take any special things that are being passed down through my family to take me through my journey. I would stop by to see my friends and to tell them where I am going and tell them that I would miss them that I would miss them I would also spend a lot of time with my family because would probably be split up when we arrive at the camps.

If I was told to pack for an undetermined period of time by a SS officer, I would pack a plentiful amount of unperishable food and medicine. I would pack coats and multiple pieces of clothing. I would wear boots, for I might have to walk. I would fill many bottles with clean water. I would sew money and jewelry into my clothing, in case my supplies ran out and I was forced to purchase more. I would pack a single photograph of my family, for I may not see them again. I wouldn't take too many suitcases, for I may be travelling on foot. I would take a first aid kit, in case of disease or injuries. I would also bring a few heirlooms and books, for I do not know what will become of my home.
